Your rights in the processing of data

You may request that the Data Controller block the personal data if the permanent deletion of the data would violate the legitimate interests of the data subject. Personal data thus blocked may only be processed for as long as there is a purpose for which the deletion of the personal data has been excluded.
You may object to the processing of your personal data if the processing or transfer of personal data is necessary only for the fulfilment of a legal obligation on the Data Controller or for the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, data taker or third party, except in the case of mandatory processing and infotv. in the case provided for in Article 6(5);
if the use or transfer of personal data, without your consent,
direct marketing, public opinion research or scientific research.
The Data Controller shall examine the objection as soon as possible and within a maximum of 15 days of the submission of the request, take a decision on its merits and inform you in writing of its decision. If the controller fails to comply with the request for rectification, blocking or erasure of the data subject, he shall, within 25 days of receipt of the request, communicate in writing or electronically with the consent of the data subject the factual and legal reasons for rejecting the request for rectification, blocking or deletion.
