We produce industrial and automotive plastic parts.<\/p>\n

We produce 400 different products<\/b> from plastic injection moulded parts for our customers.<\/p>\n

From metal to plastic<\/p>\n

One of our main aims is to make vehicles lighter<\/b> by redesigning metal parts for plastic and testing sufficiently stable raw materials. In order to reduce costs and weight, we prioritize the standard of the traffic control, according to e.g. trailers and towing vehicles may not exceed a certain weight. We would like to emphasize the great stability of plastics and make our partners and customers aware that the plastic products we manufacture are durable and solid.<\/p>\n

Production of plastic parts and fittings:<\/p>\n

\u2013 metal bearings moulded together with rollers,
\n\u2013 towbar lock made by plastic and metal parts,
\n\u2013 thermosetting \u201ebakelite\u201d hydraulic brake piston,
\n\u2013 plastic parts containing metal inserts (copper nut (insert), sleeves, pins),
\n\u2013 plastics moulded into metal parts (handles, grips, ...)
\n\u2013 rollers made of two or more materials moulded together with plastic plain bearing,
\n\u2013 bellows (e.g. for switch head for an overrun braking system)
\n\u2013 loaded supporting pillars, consoles,
\n\u2013 gear wheels,
\n\u2013 trapezoidal thread lifting spindles, nuts.<\/p>\n
