\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Lux Ltd. was established in 1991 and runs on the production of sunroofs, industrial plastic parts and assemblies.<\/p>\n

Over the past three decades, we have produced about one million sunroofs for motor vehicles. We have always aimed to expand our supply, so from the year 2000 we also produce roof and side windows for trailers, caravans and equine transporters, and in 2007 we started the production of roof-mounted air ventilation window and emergency escape window for buses.<\/p>\n

For buses we produce windows that meet European standards, mainly for the purpose of emergency escaping function. For all bus types we develop a unique design according to the customer's wishes.<\/p>\n

The size of the producing area in our building is 4100 square metres and the company\u2019s staff is currently made up 80 employees.<\/p>\n

We produce 30,000 pcs sunroofs for cars per year and 25,000 pcs emergency escape hatches for buses.<\/p>\n

We produce 400 different products<\/b> from plastic injection moulded parts for our customers.<\/p>\n

We use the following plastic base materials:
\n\u2013 Polyamides with glass fiber filling
\n\u2013 Soft colored PVC
\n\u2013 Polyoxymethylene POM
\n\u2013 PBT, PC with glass fiber filling
\n\u2013 PP polypropylene.<\/p>\n

According to our producing philosophy we produce products in which we can maximalize the added value thanks to our intellectual and technical capabilities: special vehicle parts that require special technology and extraordinary creativity.<\/p>\n

In our plastic injection moulding producing area we work with machines with armored pulley and cylinder of the Arburg and Engel type. We currently operate 20 injection molding machines with a closing capacity of between 15 tonnes and 600 tonnes. These are good for processing glass fiber strengthened and high hardness granules. The finished products are also supplied with graphic prints, which are made with tampon dyeing technology. We also deal with the production of plastic parts with metal inserts.<\/p>\n
