The efficiency of electric cars is reduced by the necessity of heating in winter and air conditioning in summer.
In winter, the heating time is a relatively long cycle. The glasses fog up inside and you can't see out.
By using the sunroof during the transitional seasons,
– until the beginning of summer, approx. until 20th June,
– from the end of summer, approx. from 20th Aug. until the beginning of Nov.,
or generally at a temperature between 15-27 °C (≈ 59-81 °F)
the air conditioner (A/C) does not need to be used.
In this way, enough electricity can be saved for a distance of 40-60 km during one charging cycle.
– The window no longer consumes more energy.
– There are no maintenance costs.
– What we do not air-condition is all savings!
It is especially recommended for small city cars, where the range is 300 km in total.
