We produce industrial and automotive plastic parts.

We produce 400 different products from plastic injection moulded parts for our customers.

From metal to plastic

One of our main aims is to make vehicles lighter by redesigning metal parts for plastic and testing sufficiently stable raw materials. In order to reduce costs and weight, we prioritize the standard of the traffic control, according to e.g. trailers and towing vehicles may not exceed a certain weight. We would like to emphasize the great stability of plastics and make our partners and customers aware that the plastic products we manufacture are durable and solid.

Production of plastic parts and fittings:

– metal bearings moulded together with rollers,
– towbar lock made by plastic and metal parts,
– thermosetting „bakelite” hydraulic brake piston,
– plastic parts containing metal inserts (copper nut (insert), sleeves, pins),
– plastics moulded into metal parts (handles, grips, ...)
– rollers made of two or more materials moulded together with plastic plain bearing,
– bellows (e.g. for switch head for an overrun braking system)
– loaded supporting pillars, consoles,
– gear wheels,
– trapezoidal thread lifting spindles, nuts.

The following are the plastic products that can be purchased in a larger batch for the general public and small businesses on our webshop:

roller, wheel small (for containers)

Area of use: for shopping carts, sport equipments, furniture components, containers, mobile furnitures, storage boxes, restaurant equipments.

Its properties: Ø 42 x Ø 8 x 20 mm, 3-component wheel, with internal sliding bearing, external adhesive tread. Silent operation, chemical resistant, does not rust. According to our tests with certified measuring systems, its recommended load capacity is up to 350 kg.

Area of use: tool storing, gift box, storage of food, spices, ingredients, for storing pet supplies and food, box for moving, packing, fishing tackle box, for sports equipment, toys, lego, small elements.

Its properties: has a full interior, so they can be packed inside each other, thus taking up little space. It closes well. Durable, solid. Due to its black, matte color, dirt is less visible. It is made of chemical-resistant material. Enclosure size: 340 x 210 x 200 mm.

Since we sell them as separate products, you can also order the box or the lid separately.

Depending on the use, you can request the box with or without a lid, so the lid must be ordered separately.

protective cap for screw head 12 mm

Its use: long-term protection of screw heads against rusting. Decoration.

Its properties: black, completely chemical resistant, size: ᴓ 12 mm.

Its properties: black, completely chemical resistant, size: ᴓ 14 mm.

patent, rivet

Its use: for closing technological hole, attaching thin plates, attaching upholstery. E.g. for fitness machines.

Its properties: chemical resistant, size: ᴓ 9 x ᴓ 6.6 x 11.4 mm.

pressure compensation screw (valve)

Its use: in lampshades lighting public areas, in LED street lamps, in high-performance LED lampshades for outdoor areas.

As a result of the heat expansion created in the lamps used outdoors, the air pressure moves the structure of lamp cover. To eliminate this, the pressure compensation valve is used. The air flows outwards and inwards. It has a mist and dust filter inside.

Its properties: cannot be disassembled after snapping on, rubber seal, screw thread type: M12 x 1.5 x 10 mm, meets the standard.

Qualification: IP66 Meets international standards LUX M12x1.5, meets IEC 60529:2013 test specifications, approved by TÜV Rheinland Intercert Ltd., identification number: 28234442 001.

towbar cap, cover design

Its use: aesthetically covers the towbar ball of traffic vehicles. It protects the user so that the grease on the ball does not smear his clothes. It also provides protection against rusting.

Its properties: special design, aesthetic and unique, nothing similar on the market, high quality, chemical resistant. Size: does not depend on the type of vehicle, because the size of the towbar is uniform: ᴓ 50 mm.

closed section closing plug (square section)

Its use: primarily used for plugging the ends of structures made of steel closed sections. During transport or application: for pillars, support structures. It is used to protect against the corrosive effects of water, dust and dirt in the pipe.

Its properties: a simple, cheap solution. Weather and chemical resistant.
